ACCESS AND CONDUCT
Restrictions

NO parking on grass

NO unapproved activities in the front lawn; all events in the backyard pool area.

ABSOLUTELY NO illegal activities

ABSOLUTELY NO smoking or vaping inside the property.
Other Notes

Owner reserves the right to deny access to unapproved individuals.

Renter is responsible for maintaining the house's integrity and communicating access restrictions to guests

Noise ordinances outside begin at 9:30 PM.
CLEANUP & LIABILITY

All guests are responsible for disposing of event-generated trash in provided receptacles.

All guests are required to leave the venue in the same condition as arrival, including decoration removal and trash disposal.

Renter is financially responsible for any property damage or breakages.

Acknowledgment of potential fines or penalties for rule violations.
OUTSIDE VENDORS / WAIVERS

Renters are required to provide a list of outside vendors two weeks before the event, which will include:

Vendor names, contact info, and personnel count.

Venue Owner can restrict or deny access to non-compliant vendors.

Some events may require signing a waiver form by renter and guests
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made:

More than 30 days prior to the event: Full refund of venue fees.
